Chiara Pronzato

Chiara Pronzato is Associate Professor at the University of Turin (Italy) and Collegio Carlo Alberto Affiliate since. She studied Statistics at the University of Turin and then moved to ISER, University of Essex, where she earned a Phd in Economics. In 2008, she was back to Italy with a post-doc position at Dondena, Bocconi University. Her main research interests are in the fields of economics of the family, demography, and policy evaluation methods. Her research appears in the Economic Journal, in the Journal of Population Economics, in the Scandinavian Journal of Population Economics, in Oxford Economic Papers, in the European Journal of Population, in Regional Studies, and in Review of Economics of the Household.
